The successful applicant will:

  • actively participate in St. Patrick's Professional Learning Community and work closely with colleagues
  • display a sound understanding of evidence based Literacy programs and contemporary teaching approaches to Mathematics
  • demonstrate knowledge about explicit teaching and structured literacy
  • monitor and assess learners using data to plan for future success
  • understand how learners learn and how best to meet their needs  
  • foster a safe and challenging learning environment that truly makes a difference
