About the role

As a School Administration Officer, you will draw on your experience and skills to support the Bursar. Please refer to the School Administration Officer role description attached.  

The applicant will need to:

  • have an understanding of the ethos and traditions of the Catholic Church
  • have a current Working With Children Check
  • be a great communicator, including demonstrated experience in engaging with staff, students, and parents
  • be reliable
  • commit to St James the Apostle Catholic Primary School's Child Safe policies and the Code of Conduct

This is a fixed term position with the possibility of ongoing employment. The role is a full time equivalent (FTE) position of 0.81, equating to 30.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Monday 8.30am – 2.30pm 

Tuesday 8.30am – 4.00pm

Wednesday 8.30am – 2.30pm

Thursday 8.30am – 2.30pm

Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm

The salary will be in accordance with the  2022 CEMEA Category B Education Support Employee.
